If you are only 20 mins away why don't you go have a look.
I gather there is a new design so that is why there are no pictures
The ORA one is good quality as I have an early one on my Jimny but I don't know anything about the quality of the KAP one

Just out of interest why have you not considered the Rhino Ray bumper??
He builds the bumper directly on the front or the jimny and gets just how you want it, i would rate his work as excellent had an offside head on crash (around 35mph) with a ford transit and the bumper did not move (but it did hurt!!) But you do have to got all the way down to Brighton.
Hope this helps

As far as I am aware, both the KAP and ORA ones need welding on.
My KAP one is permanently welded on, ORA one have weld on mounts which the bumper then bolts to, enabling you to take if off if necessary which seems to be a good idea to me.

The KAP ones definitely need welding on. To achieve this its necessary to cut back the crash protetion part of the chassis. Here are some pics of mine which I had sprayed to match the car.

Our ORA bumper is bolted on to the mounts with 4 bolts which will make winch mounting easier
