Are you building a Mud Monster or a Pavement Princess??

Another Jeep from a Jimny

Notice that simple flat metal sheet panels are extremely susceptible to vibration (that's why most automotive floors for example are ribbed to partially reduce that effect).
This body needs to be covered with at least 50% surface coverage of self adhesive alubutyl constrained layer damping sheets in order to deal with the issue. Also I think that even aluminium panel seams should be sealed to prevent corrosion (aluminium corrodes, just in a different way than steel).
However, if you don't mind driving in a rattling tin can toy off road, then it's fine without this.

With over three thousand miles on this now we haven't had any problems with rattling or resonant panels. There is actually very little in the way of flat panels unsupported by bends or riveted on components. The main body is largely 4mm thick and aluminium is a very acoustically dead material. I have just helped Bob drive this back from Italy in two days and the only irritating noise was the flapping of the canvas at motorway speeds in a gale. We have used a high corrosion resistant grade of aluminium so our only worry corrosion wise is electrolytic. We have used nylon top hat bushings wherever steel meets aluminium so we think we have a near everlasting vehicle ( we did a lot of work to the chassis whilst it was accessible). Anyway we have just had the next donor vehicle delivered which we hope will be the first of a production run. Would people like to see a thread on building this?

I would love to see a build thread. I find this sort of thing fascinating.

Yes please if you can find the time to post. I also find this fascinating and we'll learn a little whilst watching.
Great stuff.
