i dont mine the repeating of new topics its just when people dont read what has been posted before thay coment on the topic any way

I have tried to be patient with newbies as I remember being one myself and think we can be quite rude to people who are new to the forum and need some help. This is afetr all one of the friendliest off road forums around and I'm sure we'd like to keep it that way.

Maybe some of us that have some knowledge could write some articles that Martin could check for accuracy and they could become stickies. The only trouble is that there are a number of How To Guides that people don;t bother reading already and we just reply with a link.

Some forums have so many stickies you have to look half way down the page to get to the most recent post, but it helps stop the repetative posts.

As for people not reading the posts properly before replying, it can be annoying but I think we've all been guilty of reading something on a phone in bed and then trying to help as we are falling asleep and writing something that is rubbish or doesn't help - I know I have.

I just ignore those posts personally and chill - or fall asleep whilst posting rubbish...
