There are rules that suppliers have to follow (and many of you do follow the rules). However there have been a number of instances recently where "suppliers" have broken the rules.
Suppliers/Dealers or anyone selling with a commercial view in mind CANNOT post here unless responding to a specific request of a member in a "wanted" post.
Suppliers include people "breaking for spares" on a regular basis, when purchasing spares members should ask a supplier what they contribute to the running of the forum

For Sale - Ogawa Suzuki Attachable Tent was created by douglasporter
Developed with Ogawa, Japanese tent specialists. Used twice so in as new condition. Sold my Jimny so no longer required.
Retails for £500+, open to reasonable offers.
Happy to post or pickup in the Reading area.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Forgive my ignorance, but wouldn't the wind just blow any precipitation straight through the huge gaps in the sides and under the back?
I can't imagine how you would use it for anything other than a sunshade, even with the back door wide open.

Danish friend had an awning similar to this for his Gen4 on the trip last week. Very nice and usable item and can be used as a shelter from weather too if placed with one end on the roof and one end on the ground like he did most of the times in camp.
I think I would like one for the rear of my trailer.
I been doing lots of trips and camping for years, and closed tents and awning walls have rarely been on my wish list as they tend to catch more wind and create more hassle than help.
Also when there is a fire a shelter with walls gets filled up by the smoke that would else just drift off.
Clothing is a much better option for me at least and I tend to like the openness anyways.
I am outside to be outside so to speak.
