Sell your bits!
NOTE: This is for members and their private sales/wants.
There are rules that suppliers have to follow (and many of you do follow the rules). However there have been a number of instances recently where "suppliers" have broken the rules.

Suppliers/Dealers or anyone selling with a commercial view in mind CANNOT post here unless responding to a specific request of a member in a "wanted" post.

Suppliers include people "breaking for spares" on a regular basis, when purchasing spares members should ask a supplier what they contribute to the running of the forum

With permission from, and with many thanks to Martin, a quick plug for the re-launched ZookBOB webshop -

My foot is hopefully on the road to recovery, so it was time to use some of my time at home to set up the ZookBOB webshop again, especially afer "leaving" (being thrown off!) eBay... but it gave me the chance / kick up the backside to avoid their 13% commission on sales!

I'm currently stocking -
  • Nuts & Bolts
  • Breather Kits
  • Brackets
  • Spacers
  • Some spare parts
  • The complete range of SuperPro premium Polyurethane Bushes
  • I'm (re-)introducing the FloFlex range too, I'll stock up in November when I get a pension release
And will expand the range over time too

So please bear me in mind when looking for Bits - and the BigJimny Store first also! Link at the top :)

Cheers!
(and THANKS Martin)

Dave

First day in the man cave in TEN MONTHS today!

Pushed the buggy out -

Tidied the garage, and then started on...

An ew batch on Anti Roll Bar Spacers! ;)

The "old" model Jimny... AND...

The "NEW" model Jimny too!

Great to be back in the man cave!

I then backed it back in again... "Soon, my love, soon..."
My cast is finally due to come off - hopefully - in three weeks... roll on next summer...!

Glad to see you back.

Are the spacers required/recommended for a 40mm lift or are they not needed for that amount of lift?

SORRY Soeley, missed this, but bouncing back now...

This example is off my old big blue Jimny (previously known as S00KYS), which had a lift just over 4"...

Without spacers

With 25mm Spacers

With 38mm Spacers

Have a look at the angle of your droplinks... they should be pretty straight... should! ;)
