rear shocks and maybe springs was created by muto
My stock rear shocks bushings are gone. Planning to do a lift but have not money for it right now. Anyone have a good condition standard shocks and maybe springs to sell? Probably would be interested to buy a very low mileage standard shocks and springs(rear and front) if anyone have a full set.

Monroes are around £75 a pair, front and back. They are a good budget choice....... some reports on the forum.

They are sometimes available at discount from eurocarparts and the like....... Seen them at 30 - 40% off in the past

Hi Muto

- who was the seller?
I'm in much the same situation. I'm not looking to do a lift on mine, though.

Today i installed the rear shocks and it was a huge improvement. Probably need to order front shocks too...

The original 277tkm ones were working, but about 1/5 of the strenght of the new Monroes.

Sorry for the slow response - but huge thanks for the link.

I'll be following suit soon I think! Interesting that you feel they have made a big difference how many miles had your old ones done? I assume they were the originals?

EDIT - disregard that question - I just re-read your last post . DOH!

I’ve fitted monroe adventure reflex to the rear of mine and they have been great.
I’ve a set for the front that I really should get round to fitting.

Muto make sure you check all the nuts are in the packet before you remove your old ones.
Mine are missing the nuts
I’m glad I checked before I cut the old dampers off otherwise I would have been stuck.
