My car is a 2005 VVT with push button transfer. manual gears but I guess the one from auto also fits.

Broke my synchronizer ring in the transfer case and local dealer cannot get it (fast enough).

In the transfer case there is only one such ring near the front output flange. behind the main axle.

Does anyone have broken transfer case where this ring is still available?

I guess the stick shift gearbox have no such ring.

Hi

It will be £70 including postage to you

Will take 2 extra days to get to me from Suzuki central European depot so probably a week to get to you.

(Note: Posten Norge is, in my view, one of the poorer postal services in Europe. I have had packages delayed in their depots for many days according to the tracking services. Therefore once transferred to Norway I cannot guess how quickly it will be delivered. However it is a small envelope so might not take the same route as packages)

Norwegian postal is not so easy to predict. Sometimes fast and sometimes 2-3 days hold up as you say, and they say its customs. depends also wich contry of origin and sometimes wich sub-supplier is used. also a big variation in what fee they ask for later from the reciever and also differences between DHL, fedex and so on.
In addition we have a local stop for 24 hrs in a warehouse on route to our part of Norway.

Anyways local dealer finally got a delivery date for me so I had to try them. delivery date now is 23. and I need the car on 26. to drive 7 hours south with a trailer. Looks spooky so i have to look for alternatives.
Bought a Swift yesterday so i get around now until my daughter gets her drivers license on the 19...

Thanks Martin for the service!
