I cleared the cached session data on the server, but you pc will have old session data in the browser. Clear you Bigjimny cookies in the browser. If you do nothing they should clear after a while

Ive just sorted issues with connecting and staying logged in today (kept booting me out today).
I tried clearing cache and cookies, but no better. Restarted and suddenly windows wanted to install a load of updates. This sorted it out, if anyone is having the same problems I suggest getting updates sorted...

ALL,

To everyone who is seeing login issues. ITS MY FAULT!

I cleared the session caches on the server over the weekend. This has created an issue where it is not recognising people correctly.

You may be seeing messages about old or invalid session data.

To overcome this you need to clear cookies related to BigJImny.

You do this in your browser

For example: in CHROME you type in chrome://settings/siteData into the browser bar and the type bigjimny in the search bar. Delete all the bigjimny records it finds.

How does that work on tablets? I can't seem to find how to clear cookies on android chrome, so I can't log in there.
I can log in on tapatalk, but no images appear

Apparently mobile cookies are reset when the device is fully rebooted

On the up side of this disruption, I think I have fixed the session problems that I was chasing. Login seems more consistent and the "online" status under the Avatar seems to be working, touch wood.

Finally managed to get back in today... not sure if it's something you (Martin) have done recently, but I also had to upgrade Chrome and delete all my session history, autofills, cookies, etc and re-boot several times before finally today I'm back in and posting :)

Whilst I accept the having to delete cookies as my fault, not so convinced about the others as I have three Chrome devices, none of which needed anything more than a cookie delete.

Glad your back and sorry for the inconvenience

Nice to be back ;)

Deleting everything was more an act of desperation... and got rid of some history that really did have to go

Thanks for the comment.

I am not 100% sure what you mean by the garage entry?
