My jimny has always failed the MOT if the factory tow bar is fitted as it obscures the number plate. It only takes a few mins to remove the 2 bolts

I started off high and worked my way down ever since
Well if you have just bought it I would chase up the dealer or person who sold it to see if they still have it.
Apart from that there are many different makes/models of towbar so you really need to get it identified.
After that there are usually plenty on ebay as people forget to include them with a car when they sell it on.
Once you know the make/model you could always buy one from the manufacturer although they tend to be a bit expensive.
See if there is any ID on the towbar like stickers etc.
It might even be a Suzuki one but take it to a caravan/trailer dealer as they will probably be able to ID it for you.
If all else fails a new fixed towbar is generally around the £120 mark on ebay or a used one can be cheaper.
If you wanted a detachable one they generally work out a lot more
They are easy to fit to existing holes and as you have the wiring already done it will be easy.

Mine too, eventually I gave up and bought a replacement tow bar. If its a ball on a pin then a tractor/agricultural place may have one.
Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.

Sorry I do not know, does the bumper have a tow ball fitting point as standard?
