There is shortly to be a major release of Joomla, which is the code on which the whole site is based.
This new release will mean that the layout template of the website will have to change as the old templates are not compatible.
When I set up the website computers were of lower specification so I set up the layout as being "Fixed Width" to make sure it was readable on smaller screens.
My guess is that people have now got larger screens and can cope better with larger content. Is ths correct????
Basically look at your screen - is there a lot of "pink" to the left and right, if the answer is yes then you can cope with a larger layout.
