The boot floor on the Jimny is a well known rot point... same thing goes for the disco's. Yet you can buy a boot floor online for a disco for about 50quid.
Is this something that you could look into doing?

that probably wont solve the issue, in fact it might worsen it. without the liner you can keep an eye on things, cover it up and it will be harder to check, and trap any moisture underneath it.

ahh, yes, my bad.
lets use this as an example of what happens when (a) you go on forums via a phone with a 4inch screen when (b) you're supposed to be working.

2003 M13 early KAP build.
3" Trailmaster lift with 1.5 Spacers on front
Customised winch bumper and roll cage
235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses
The problem with any shop item is whether it would sell. My thinking on this sort of thing is a floor replacement panel would need welding in, if you can weld it in then you don't need a panel as you can bend up a piece of metal and weld it over the hole, hence very little market for the product??
