I'm considering changing the exhaust manifold and adding a set of extractors that are available here in Australia.

The O2 cable becomes a bit taught and sits close to the extractors (teamghettoracing.com has great installation instructions).
Does anyone know of an extension cable that fits the Suzuki plug. I've not been able to source one online, so any advice or links would be appreciated.

I came by many New sensor from other suzukis and they seems to fit some of them. I have used Baleno and Swift and Liana ones and they vary in lenght, but give no error code and plug often fit.
I couldnt tell you wich one would fit as I got the part numbers mixed up now..
Pretty sure my jimny has at least one baleno sensor and the Swift has a liana..
Typically the front wheel drive configuration need longer wires.

Norway 2005 Jimny M16A VVT, 235 BFG MT, 2" Trailmaster, ARB rear lck, 17%/87% high/low gears.

Glad you thought my writeup useful (it is I, writer of that material). I didn't update it as it turns out I took zero pics when I got it... but I didn't find any off the shelf O2 sensor extension wires. I tried a few that I thought should have been right but none were.

I did, however, also obtain some Sumitomo connectors from Eastern Beaver. They're a great supplier of genuine connectors and shells for a lot of JDM requirements, albeit skewed to the motorcycling world. Pretty certain it's a 4 pin SMTS connector but I'll dig through my connector box later and verify 100%. easternbeaver.com/Main/Elec__Products/Co...ealed/SMTS/smts.html assuming I'm correct.

Bought a male and a female, used high temperature rated wiring from a random O2 sensor extender I bought, and put the wiring inside split loom tubing and then inside silicone fire sleeve to make it legit like a normal factory O2 sensor wire would be.

Hope that helps and I'll update the writeup when I verify the connector I used.

EDIT: Yep, Sumitomo TS 4 pin connector. So 6189-0126 for the female connector, 6188-0141 for the male.

Thanks Chops.
I spent ages trawling through Aliexpress looking for connectors.
I'll check that site for other connectors as well for Jimny projects.

Should be findable with those shell part #s on aliexpress - that's how i got headlight connectors for the LEDs - but I do like supporting Eastern Beaver. I've got an addiction to vintage Japanese motorcycles and they are pretty much *the* best motorcycle terminal supplier. (Cycle Terminal would be the 2nd best)
