coil spring lift blocks

mate of mine fitted some to his jimny
would you need to extend to shocks?
also, would it be silly to fit the to an aftermarket longer spring?

I didn't extend either of them, just spring spacers. but the break lines were pretty tight!

yeah thats what i want to avoid,
theres a jack up kit on ebay for £450.
it has springs shocks and extended brake lines, its a five inch lift, be a laugh to stick the spacers ontop of that kit

Quite a few of us have spring spacers aswell as lift springs, but doing this gets expensive. Id strongly recommend rear shock relocation brackets and front shock extensions if using just spring spacers. I use +3" springs and 1.5" spring spacers but these I plan one day to replace with 5" springs.
