T-Case Skid ideas was created by saxj
I need some ideas on designing a t-case skid
The one I have, and all of the ones I have seen so far are plates that fit between the chassis rails and lower the ground clearance by about an inch.
So stuff that I was able to tackle quite effectively with my old stock height Jimny, with no skid plate, I'm having a hard time crossing now (with 2"'s of lift), because the skid acts like a plow.
I just want something that protects the vulnerable plugs on the electronic T-Case.
Any ideas?

pm Redacted - he'll make you a custom 'bucket' mount which also acts as heavy duty brackets for holding the t box on to the chassis

That's all very well, but it will cost a fortune to get it shipped to South Africa.
Do you have any pictures, so I can try and get something similar made up locally.
