Either drill tiny holes in it and inject superglue, or change the wheel completley.
Bosanek recently swapped his i think. Didnt sound that hard to do

I took my wheel off yesterday to troubleshoot some problems, you can't change the wheel without removing the airbag, but it's pretty easy to do so I wouldn't stress too much about doing it, you just need a 10mm socket, at 17mm socket and a flathead screwdriver, and about 10 minutes spare time.

I'm going off of a 2005 interior so yours may vary slightly but this is what I found:
There's one 10mm bolt on each side which removes the airbag from the rim, you then need to use a flathead screwdriver to pop up the yellow locking pin on the airbag (and unclip another plug if it's the 2005 onwards interior from what I can tell), that will fully disconnect the airbag from the rim. From there it's just a 17mm nut to undo to remove the rim and you're done, fit the new one, plug it all back in and you're golden!
I imagine it's very similar on other models though, I've never had trouble removing steering wheels on cars, it's always a very similar proceedure.

There's a couple on eBay at the moment, I was looking at getting a new one too as mine looked a little tatty on the pictures when I bought it but it's not so bad in person. Might get it retrimmed though.
