The 30 and 32 is a pretty big tyre though. :whistle: We'd be moving into monster truck size over that. ;)

You want a 31" tyre on one really for Laning and my understanding is you'd need a 2" lift for that. The rear diff is not as small as a Jimny's and needs the tyre size for ruts. Also, you need to get the chassis up off the ground more for clearance over rocks, even with sliders!

I've no money anyway, so it's all a bit pie in the sky at the minute. I don't know if I could bring myself to sell the Jimjam after all I've done to it!

Yes, you have to keep it. It's like having a motorbike that you use for fun and thrills. Get a ramshackle motor and fixerup. Plenty out there just waiting for some TLC.
