Well since booking opened on the 12th we have just gone past 50 Jimnys! An incredible effort. Will this be a record breaking year for UK Jimnys?

To those of you who are not camping which hotel are you staying at? I’m looking to book a hotel for the Saturday night but the reviews seem to be mixed on the two hotels that are recommended.

or do I buy a cheap camping set up and camp overnight?

We are in Tong park along with most others I think opposite the site entrance. Our stay there two years ago wasn’t great coupled with some sketchy plumbing ? but it does have air con in the rooms which the premier inn down the road doesn’t and left us roasting one year. So camping isn’t a bad option so long as you don’t mind it just being a field with no facilities but there will be lots of Jimny company which should make for a pleasant evening.
