Wheel and tyre advice please sizes

Hello

I have now got a 2005 3 door grand Vitara I plan to modify for off roading

I wish to fit 2” lift kit and change the wheels and tyres
I would like to know from your guys experience in terms of % change if I’m going too big

Standard is 215 65 16 RRC 2154
I plan to fit either
235 75 15 RRC 2304 ( 7% inc) or
235 70 16 RRC 2309 (7.4% inc)

Width is around 9.4% wider I was planning ET 10 wheels from STD ET25 so like 20mm spacer

The experience in terms of is 7% too much and are they too wide would be valuable and appreciated
