There should have been some sort of bearing in there from the start, the shaft surface can wear quite badly without it. Its so cheap its not worth running without one.

Thanks, I've seen them on your site. Do you sell the 2" lift kit for a 53 plate Grand Vitara swb petrol? Also the 12.5mm propshaft spacer? Thanks

Prop Spacers are in transit at the moment though... a batch are winging their way over from Rockwatt Engineering as we 'speak'...
