Long time listener first time caller...

I've been loitering on here for a while, gleaming bits of info even before I bought my Jimny a couple of months ago. However, I've been inspired to post after discovering that my Jimny was previously in the possession of Martin Lines himself! (Well, his son)
Imagine my surprise when it turns out that in swatting up on Jimnys before buying one and watching a video on how to replace kingpin bearings I'd end up buying the car the video was filmed on!

So yeah, the car formerly known as LittleJimny has now joined my stable of two other cars and two and a half motorbikes.
Having matured slightly, it now usually just goes by the name Jim.

Jim will be a bit of a utility vehicle carrying things on its roof and towing things when required, but mostly it's there for playing in. Ultimately we want to ship it over to Iceland and drive to some interesting places for a while!

I've recorded a few my exploits in it. One can be found here -

Thanks for all the info on this site Martin and the information you've sent about the car!

Matt.

Good to see it off the tarmac and doing what it does well :-)

Looks in excellent condition as well, a credit to the former owner(s)

Excellent, wonderful to see it again.

We often wondered what it was doing as it was definitely missed.

Enjoy her!
