On the way of sharing knowledge, I found this forum. I present myself from Spain with my Jimny.

Year 2001
Gearbox Manual
Diff Ratio. 3.909
Transfer Ratio. 1.32 / 2.145


I bought it two years ago. Stock without any modifications.



First; "Black Raptor 2" Lift Kit"







"Steering Damper Kit"





"SuperPro Caster correction bushes"





"Radius Arm Guards"



Time to change wheels and tyres! BF Mud Terrain 215/75/15 + 7x15et-20 simil beadlock wheels.





Result!





Now, time to do a swap! M16A Non VVT from Liana (107hp)



Some parts to change.....(exedy clutch, service items, etc)





And final, yes! It´s alive! (now about 4000mph and no problems)



I put a frontal bar led.

But I not like it, I bought two 7Inch Round Led Light and brackets mounts (from LRChallenge4x4)





I have not yet received, so when I received and put, i do some photos.

Time to change ratios! Front and rear diff from VVT Jimny (4.30 - 10 holes - 43x11)



The problem.....crown is bigger, so is necessary to cut diff axle house (only at front)





We go to check and change oil from transfer box.

- Clutch Cable (clutch too hard)
- Cutting Front Bumper
- Transfer Box Ratios?
- 235/75/15?
- Front Winch?
- Dual Battery?
