Well here she is, only done about 20 miles so far. Not really had much time to play with the controls either. First proper use tomorrow going to work, I will report back more when I can.
Initial thoughts though "No regrets "
Only got chance for one picture at the dealers before I drove off.

Thanks, I kind of have a James Bond Land Rover badie theme in mind, in a subtle kind of way. Going to try and not do anything for a couple of months at least, just to get used to it and see what the accessorie market brings out.

That looks neat!
Have you driven it in the dark yet? I'm wondering what the LED headlights are like? and the high beam assist?

In desperate need of some bigger tyres though.

Well after my first days proper drive to work and back, I am pleased to say it was a very enjoyable drive. I leave home at 05:30 in the morning, so a good opportunity to try out the LED headlights. They are nice and bright and the main beam is brilliant. The High Beam Assist worked very well, really impressed. I was at the ready with the switch in case it was a bit slow to react, but I needn't worry about that. One thing I did notice it won't switch main beam on on street lit roads, it must sense too much light.
Once on the dark country roads, main beam switched on, the Assist was very quick to react, it didn't wait until you could see the headlights of the oncoming cars, but just the light coming round the bend or over the brow of hill was enough to dip the lights, then as soon as it was passed straight back to Main Beam.
Considering I have just come from a small very nimble car, the Jimny doesn't seem to drive that much differently really.
Not sure about bigger tyres just yet
Just need to go and read the handbook now.

Excellent glad it’s going well. I think the LED lights are good as well. Was expect worse but pleased with them. Would like to match the DRL,s to the headlight if it’s an easy job. Hopefully someone on hear will try let us know.
