Just returned from my first ever abroad roadtrip which i did with my JX06 of course.
We started with my friend last friday from Helsinki. First we had to take a boat from Helsinki to Stockholm.
The boat took around 15hours and we started our journey at the saturday morning.
We used saturday to visit Flygvapen museum in Linköping.
After the museum visit we had to drive again around 200 kilometers. I did the mistake to give my jimny to "outsider" driver. It was pure horror. Luckily we did't die.
With luck we arrived to our nice camping cabin. We used Jimny's offroad skills to park(of course).
Next day was the main event, Arsenalen tank day.
With many nice Jimny like vehicles:
We drove back to our nice cabin and next day visited two fligh museums.
First was Västerås Flygmuseum. Very nice place with REALLY nice simulators.
And real planes.
Then we headed to F11 museum. Specialised to air reconnaissance. Great place to visit if you like expensive film cameras .
After the visit we had to find our next cabin.
Next day(Tuesday) it was time to leave Sweden and start our way back home.

That's a really excellent read Muto, thank you.
The sky in some of those night shots looks utterly stunning!
...And a two-seater Hawker Hunter in the aircraft museum - those were the first operational jets I worked on when I was a lad in the RAF!
