Hi All,
I am putting a R7ME gearbox from a M13A powered Jimny in my 1964 MG Midget.
Could anyone measure what the distance is from the flywheel surface to which the clutch bolts to and the block face to which the gearbox bolts to? In other words, how much does the flywheel surface protrude into the bellhousing.
Fairly accurate if possible.
I need this to determine the thickness of the adaptor plate I am making to bolt the R7ME to my Midget A-series engine.
Thanks in advance!

No one with a spare M13A on a stand who could do a quick measurement?

Thanks so much!
That was exactly the measurement I needed.
Means I can make a 15mm thick adaptor plate (on the midget the flywheel protrudes a whopping 50mm)
