You can calculate it exactly using the axle weights on the vin and the maximum load and pressure on the side of the tyres. Though being heavy walled I'd suggest starting at 20psi and going down from there. My spare tyres really need 21 to be correct but the tpms gets upset.

When I had them on mine I ran at 20 psi all round for everyday 
25 for long motorway trips 
And 15 off roading

If you've got time and are fussy you can do the chalk test to get it pretty much perfect. Load your vehicle up as you typically would and run the test. Plenty of videos on the subject. 
Never bothered doing that myself, i just go by seat of my pants. 
I'm just about to replace my hankook rt03's (215/75/15 on stock rims) after 5 years and 100,000kms. They've worn pretty evenly at about 19 - 21 psi.
