Just had our Commercial done at Ashton Suzuki - noise has gone now.  4 hours to do it.

They were quite dismissive of the work saying that it would make no difference, especially as we have slightly larger tyres fitted (!?!) - quite happy to do it and get their cash from Suzuki though! I only had it done after reporting it at the first service after seeing this thread, so thanks for that.

New bulletin just out - Q-A6G-008

This replaces bulletin Q-A6G-004

JUST TO UPDATE AND MAKE CLEAR: THIS IS NOT RECALL - it is a repair on report only. You have to have the fault on your vehicle, it has to be diagnosed by the dealer and then you  put it in for repair which will be under warranty if your car is within the warranty period.

Is there a description for the fault for either of these bulletins?

Pretty sure mine is making more of a whine on the road now.

Hi, so I've asked my local dealer about these bulletins:

New bulletin just out - Q-A6G-008

This replaces bulletin Q-A6G-004

And they tell me they are nothing to do with the transfer box. Are they just fobbing me off or do I need to give them something more specific? I'm in the UK, do the bulletins numbers change from country to country?
