Clutch judder was created by Chappo
I went to reverse up my friends concrete drive the other day in my manual Gen 4 SZ5 but it didn’t want to go, the clutch was juddering and it felt like the whole vehicle was shaking, my friend said put it in 4 wheel drive but I resisted that.
The drive was at about 20 degrees and dry, the cars done 3500 miles and had a bit of a clutch judder occasionally but nothing like this.
I was going to call my dealer but wondered if anyone else had suffered this?

The car has built in "handbrake hold" where the brakes stay on to stop it rolling back. I could see an instance where trying to reverse uphill from a stop means you are fighting the anti roll back mechanism

Thanks Martin, that’s reassuring I thought I had a major problem!
