UPDATE!!

It's fixed, removed back box and mid section (both full of old condensed water)...

ran truck without mid/rear pipe and within 15 seconds no smoke/steam at all so massive relief.

turns out a flooded exhaust is a thing!!!!

thanks to anyone who commented in an attempt to help.
