We've had the Jimny three years and l've found the tyres are great in the dry but don't inspire confidence in the wet.
lt may be just the type of vehicle and l am driving it too quickly.

I recall a tyre discussion some years ago where people said the standard tyres are rubbish and owners should bin them and fit "Yokohama Geolanders"

Scimike runss Geolanders and is very happy with them. I had them after Duellers and sold them on when I bought Hancock Dynapro, I just wanted something more aggressive for green lanes. The bloke who bought them to go on a van thought I was mad to sell them, he said they were very good.

I currently run the Dynapro and Maxxis Worm-drive, the later seem good all round even on tarmac in the wet.
