It is my fault this little project has stalled  I have the parts and Martin has been a great help with the advice as I would not have gotten anywhere with it with Martin guiding me.

I have gotten very lazy, and only really using the Jimny to do supermarket shop once a week now (how I miss my daily commute :( ), so the urge has slipped a bit. However, I have some days off work coming before Christmas and I will endeavour to get the next step done.

Not in a hurry at all. Take your time.
It is just a little irritation that can can live with for next couple months. Our rainy season only start March next year in Cape Town.
Much appreciated.

Soeley you are solely responsible for this. I too bought a replacement stalk and haven't even fitted it never mind fix the rear intermittent issue. I thought of a 555 on/off timer setup spliced into the column wiring but now I think I'll leave it to someone else. No hurry, just get on with it. Chris
