On the M series I reckon 90mmOD 50mmID 20mm deep, single row ball race double sealed.





You need a high speed type unless you don't rev the engine, the crank pulley is bigger than that, and the nearest part number I found is 6210 LLB, but the standard ones are only good for 8300rpm, which might not be enough.

As to how you fit it, probably press the old one off, and some sort of retainer will come with it. (I got a complete idler pulley)



The G series bearing is available from the BigJimny shop.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

I bought a SH one, came from someone on here some while ago.
A new one is between £70 and £90 from eBay.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there :)

New M series bearings arriving this week. Should be about £20. However you will have to press out the old bearing. As I have never done this I would send the first bearing free to someone willing to test this AND photograph the process.
