OBD 11 Issue was created by nick40
Hi Folks
I was fitting a new stereo yesterday by order of the wife and once I was finished I noticed an electrical problem that didnt exsist when I started. I am sure it is all the one thing causing a number of failures. The biggest one is my OBD11 socket no longer has any power to it, I have an engine warning light on as a result (Zuk runs fine) I have no interior light and no internal clock. Any ideas where to start looking first?
Regards Nick

Check the fuse box, you will find one of the fuses burned.

Some Suzukis and a bunch of motorcycles.

The feed to the interior light and the ECU back up memory also supplies the backup power for the stereo so I would check the wiring there as well as the fuse.

Thanks both turned out to be the wiring behind the stereo, interesting to know that from what I can gather the ECU, Interior light or dome, stereo backup and clock seem to run off one fuse.
