If it were purely rpm related in any gear I would be more inclined towards something like coils or plugs or something else engine related but if it's more dependent on the gear you are in and only some of them I think gearbox. I could be wrong. If you are still in the terms of the warranty I would be having it back and looked into as a fault without offering a possible solution, it shouldn't do it and they need to find out why and fix it.

Replied by GeorgeC on topic judder vibration at 2,000rpm
I see this topic is old, however the problem is recurring and may be related to balance.

All the cars worked fine with the old clutches. Fit a new clutch and these problems show up.
Are the new clutch assemblies balanced during manufacture?
Is the pressure plate marked and re-used then fitted on the same mounting holes with the same or new bolts?
Is the clutch plate a good fit to the gearbox input shaft, or is it a little loose with age?

Whether its in The Toilet, The Shower or The Prayer Room, we are all looking for guidance from The Still Small Voice from within! ;)

Not a problem with a good quality clutch. My 2011 is on 107 thousand miles and it's second clutch and its smooth.
