General Grabber AT 205/75R15 - Advice was created by Dyl
Just got my new Jimny and I would like to replace the tyres with something a bit better suited for off road and the upcoming winter.
I really like the look of the General Grabber AT 205/75R15's after seeing these on Halfords Jimny in the thread:
www.bigjimny.com/index.php/forum?view=to...=8&id=17232&start=36
My Jimny is completely standard, so will these fit ok?
And should I get the spacers I see mentioned a lot. Are they used mainly to improve the looks or do they actually have benefits for stability or help with the tyre size etc?

So you are saying either size should fit a standard Jimny without mods?

Looks great and with mine being red also gives me a good idea of how it may look.minibbb wrote:
On the left is my brothers on 205/75/15 grabbers and mine on the right with 215/75/15s grabbers. Not a lot between them looks wise but if you have a choice get the 215s

Reds the best colour! What year is yours? Ours are both pre VVT and the tyres fit fine without mods. I may have heard that VVTs may need a slight trim for the 215s. Love the grabbers though!
