Last sunday went to the Muddy Bottom 4x4 Playground in the new forest with fellow Jimmy nut Roger. I got stuck, a lot, due to the place being heavily used by people with Land Rover vehicles and the ruts are just too deep for clearance with the Jimmy diff. Bigger tyres would solve it but that messes up the gearing. Anyway, it was all part of the fun and a good time was had. Even if being recovered by a Disco ripped one of the rear tow eyes off the chases! lol.

Pics are mix from my own, Roger's good lady and the guys who run Muddy Bottom 4x4.

Hi Horney, ah yes Basingstoke is a little way away!
If you are coming down the Salisbury/Wiltshire area again be sure to let me know, it would be good to tag along with some fellow jimnys.
I believe I have seen that L200 on car throttle haven't I? Is it the same truck that recovered Alex Kersten's MX5 from the Nürburgring?

Will do. We're heading down to the Muddy Bottom Pay and Play site in the New Forrest this sunday if you're around. 2 Jimnys and the L200.

Yes that's the one. Nick's one of my best mates and we race MX5s together. I think me and Nick have spent more time with Phil than Alex has, lol.
