Ali fuel tank is fine but you are going to have to fit it with the submerged fuel pump which could be a bit of a challenge although you could possibly run a high pressure in line pump I guess

Matt.Farrant wrote: Not much, but a bit of an update. So today we cut the Jimmy back to where it should be, we also cut the hijet bulkhead so it all sits in nicely. We need to put a couple of bits of sheet in each side of the bulkhead as it's about 3" too narrow each side.
That's a job for tomorrow, along with tacking the bulkhead into place.

I'm enjoying your project....it's flying along!

Where did the Hi-jet bulkhead idea come from?

Keep it going, boys, just love this build...the rubber for the window is available on ebay in all sorts of profiles which will house bulkhead metal on one side and glass on the other, different profile widths...I buy it for my boat and for the size you need it wont be dear.
