I would like to do this level of resto on an SJ but on an 04 Jimjam... That's commitment. Especially as you're gonna drive it through goo after, but it will protect it from the goo. Just try not to wince the first time you do.

I'd consider the Maxxis Trepadors.

I had spoted that you had drilled the base plates but presumed you were fitting retaining disks .
The relocation cones look bang on , havent seen them on a jim .....just landys lol

well spoted i am fitting retaining disks on the axle, cones are going on the chassis
