NOTE: This is for members and their private sales/wants.
There are rules that suppliers have to follow (and many of you do follow the rules). However there have been a number of instances recently where "suppliers" have broken the rules.
Suppliers/Dealers or anyone selling with a commercial view in mind CANNOT post here unless responding to a specific request of a member in a "wanted" post.
Suppliers include people "breaking for spares" on a regular basis, when purchasing spares members should ask a supplier what they contribute to the running of the forum

The family spare Jimny now needs a new home . Now everyone is over 25 yrs old, insurance is easier to use other vehicles , so NEJ , who has been a loyal servant is after a new appointment.
Originally a cabrio , now has the sort after rear hard top , but the front section still sunroof! 2003 Blue/ silver 116500 miles 13bb engine .
Has 2 months MOT . 4x good Goodyear Wrangler AT tyres with a brand new one on the spare . Window wind deflectors .There is an armrest fitted which is very useful, though it is a bit clumsy.Tow bar , mud flaps
. Not a show pony there are marks on the corners and the corner of the bodywork rear were the cabrio rail was has a rusty patch which is hidden by the new er hard top . Seat covers are fitted and the interior is ok not prestine. There is a rattle / speak sometimes from the rear end ,nothing is loose the shock absorbers are quite new , it could be the spring coating as discussed on this forum previously , silicon spray did help for a while.

oh well another one bites the dust ....or does it!
Failed its MOT ..rear body mounts mainly ...things like brake pads and track rod ends which I knew about but thought better get the obvious checked first .. Any offers ?

Put it on eBay £750 start buy it now £900. It sold 15minutes later BIN !
destined for Afganistan ....apparently there is a system shipping containers of Jimnys to the mountain area of Afganistan where the easy to work on rugginess is just the ticket . Mot not essential!!
