Love the plough, Ive seen a few on SJ's in Switzerland and Austria in the bad weather.
I had the same idea for our jimny, but when I looked into the insurance requirements, it was silly money to add snow plough onto the insurance. plus there is the legal side of things .. it has to meet certain roadworthy requirements regarding lights / side markers etc.
I was thinking of making a small ish blade for ours, just to clear teh drive and a passage to the main road.
How did you mount it to the jimny ? I was thining of a swivel and a weight on the top to keep it down (lack of winch)!
