My new Jimny gen4

Evening all I’ve been a member of this site for quite a while scanning and waiting to buy a Jimny. Several months ago I was lucky enough to get hold of a gen4 and have been loving it since having it. Not much has changed with it at the moment just blacked front badge and tinted fog lights. I’ve attached some photos of her. Looking forward to doing some trips in it soon and hopefully some off roading. I’m based in the South Wales area so looking for some legal green laning areas. Let me know your thoughts.

Hello and welcome, it does look good in Kinetic Yellow. The amber tint works well with that colour.

Thank you took a while to decide on and done it and loved the contrast with the kenetic yellow.

Again... sorry im late to the party. Had soo many things happen this past month, its been chaos.

Good to be back!

And now ive had the blue sz5 for a few months, the green is really appealing to me. Anyone wanna swap :silly: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

Just a quick update on my jimny so far, replaced all 5 tyres with a set of bfgoodrich ko2 tyres 215 75 15. All fitted up and balanced in work. Found the jimny feels more planted on the road today due to the stiffer sidewalls. Not much difference driving normally no nasty steering wobble or vibes on roads or motorway. The fuel has been affected a bit by about 2-3 mpg depending on driving conditions but happy with the sacrifice. Took the car through some green lanes this evening but nothing serious just to get a feel for the tyres in a off-road environment.
