on the way into work this morning I checked the TPMS readings and they were 27, 27, 28 and 29 psi. Original tyres. Not sure how accurate the TPMS system is so I'll need to check them against manual readings, but the TPMS works with warm tyres so I guess they're probably around the 25-26psi mark cold.
Last edit: 01 May 2019 07:54 by Bill Portland. Reason: added comment re standard tyres

Sat here on a mini-break in Devon, and reading these posts (I know!), I am thinking of nominating you Lambert for the "Fritz Zwicky" Award for abstruse (but accurate) science; George for the "Aussie Boomerang" Prize (He goes away but always comes back); and possibly Bill for the "Stuff-it, That'll do" Cup. (No offence, Bill!)

'Tongue in Cheek', George? TPMS in my BM is wildly inaccurate and only good for telling me if a tyre is actually deflating - which, in fairness, it was useful for once, but only once.

The tpms seems pretty accurate.
It's readings were 27, 27, 28 and 29 warm and I've just checked them, cold, at 26, 26, 28 and 28. I've reset them all to 26psi
