The bumper I made myself out of 80 X 40 X 3mm box section the led are Philips model i12825 WLEDX1 LED daytime running lights
I just fab up some brackets off the bumper and trimmed out the slots in the grills to sit flush they are not cheap but they do look good and stay on for about 3 mins after you shut every thing off and the auto dim when the lights are on.
