Up grade my jimny

Up grade my jimny was created by Chief
I have had my jimny for about 18 month and I think it's about time I gave it a bit more respect. I am looking to upgrade performance in all area's. I have struggled to find performance part i.e.. Engine upgrades for torx and power. I am aimiming to have a jimny that has good handling, speed and power. Is this possible?

Would help a lot if you tell what year and engine you have in your Jimny.

But cheapest and best option is usually to swap the engine for a 1.6. Either G16B or M16A/M18A.

Regarding performance parts, just do a google search on the engine type.

You still haven't told anything about what engine you have.
Also, try the search function. There are plenty of topics regarding engine swap.

Sorry I was just jumping in with a question I have an 07 model and was wondering very roughly how much this sort of upgrade would be

I'm not 100% sure about it, VVT vs non-VVT and what year they are.

But an M16A should be a direct swap. Bolting directly to the gearbox. So it's just a matter of sourcing an engine :)
