We had a look at welding it up but everything we touched just got worse and worse so a decision was made that i needed a new one.
So this is where my green one got to and will end it's life.
So now thanks to J999 Pre i have a shiny black jimny to play with :woohoo:
My first job is to sort out the tiny bit of rust in the boot and underseal the whole thing to make sure the rust problem is put off for as long as possible.
I got the rear seats out as soon as i got it home and started to take down them little rust bits in the back. I will most likely cut out and weld a little plate in each one then i know it's done.
Pictures of the black one:
So last night i decided to start stripping bits of mine down after work but it got dark real fast so only got the arches and the snorkel off. Will be removing axles and the works then swapping it all over.
Hopefully more updates very soon.

Still very unsure on what to do with the paint. I REALLY liked my camo paint and it held up well to scratches and marks so tempted to do it again but would have to be in the summer. Only took me a weekend last time i'm sure i can manage that again haha.
All these kind words
@trextr7monkey I know it really was a shame. Everyone knew that jimny. I get people asking all the time if it's mine.
