Was going go for a safari look, few of my mates had them with discos, other than putting your tow straps under when offroading, pointless. :blink:

I used to have a bonnet net when I used to do P&P sites. I used to sling loads of winch rope under it to save keep winding it back in when you're going to need again in 15 mins! Obviously not the hook mind!

The grit and crap in the rope scratches the hell out of the paint but if you're going to P&P sites that tends to not matter after a while.

Looks good though.

What do you use the orange beacon on the roof for though? I see lots of off-roaders with them and wonder why?

Just always wanted one as a kid. As I was in to 4x4s and tonka trucks :laugh:

So now I just put it on for messing around really and if I'm towing, another pretty pointless thing I own on the jimny :whistle:

Brand new 215 80 15 kingpin ATs and a spare, and a £5 spotless clean by the local Turkish!

Spare wheel painted up black, and I'm quite happy with the tyres, not if a difference from my last ones can now get to 60mph with 3500 rpm!
