Nice one, it's great that the landowner has given you permission to drive there.

Don't want to preach mate, but that's illegal offroad driving, or 'going off-piste' etc... it's what fucks it up for those of us who legally enjoy responsible greenlaning.

Just because you see others doing it doesn't make it ok.

Section 34 of the Road Traffic Act 1988 states that it is illegal to ride/drive a motor vehicle on, common land, moorland, Forestry Commission land or any land that is not forming part of a road without authorisation.

Also, under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act, it is an offence to ride or drive unlawfully on land not forming part of a road, such as common land, moorland, footpath, bridleway.

I'm not bothered about you getting nicked or getting your vehicle confiscated by the plod, that's your lookout. What I am bothered about is fuel it gives to the many bigots out there that want to see all vehicular rights on unsurfaced roads extinguished. There are certain groups of greenlaners who would start a massive shit-storm for you if they see your video online mate.

What dashcam do you have, nice steady image

I have an E-Prance dashcam in my Mercedes and for the money they are great.

I bought this one after viewing online video examples but there may be better ones out there now.

May buy another for the Jimny.
