Hey,
Does the deck liner help remove road noise?
Very nice looking Jimny BTW.

33" bar is pretty dam big! I bought a 22"bar chainsaw to mount on the top of the spare at the back and it was too wide! but it could look pretty sweet. Dont listen too much over on Auszookers they do alot of whinging over there if you do something not approved by them. It would be better if it goes through the bonnet supports as it will be stronger mounting points.
Id do the waterproof quick disconnect fitting on the wires so you can leave it off on the road - dont give the boys in blue an excuse to pull you over and it only takes 1 minute to screw the light on and off, just leave it in a padded case in the back until you hit the tracks.
If you get any bonnet glare (i didnt) just pop rivet on a small bit of sheetmetal 33" x about 50mm to the bottom of it so its laying flat out off the front of it and it will deflect a bit of light off the bonnet.
Make sure you throw up some pictures.

I would not say that the ute liner helps to reduce noise - but I do not find it loud to drive at all - very easy to hold a conversation or listen to the radio. The tyres are really quiet for muddies they are great.
The rego.. hahaha yeh that was from another 4wd I owned in my younger days so I have always held onto them - gives the girls a laugh!
