I have the 3" lift kit from Jimny Bits, Rhino Rays radius arms (the best lookers, imo) and the off road armoury panhards. I would recommend all but the panhards (they come with rose joints, not bushes and clunk a little, not a big issue, just rattly...) The Rhino Rays radius arms are made to order from laser cut steel plate, seem totally unbreakable to me. They were with me about a week after ordering, complete with fitted bushes for £120 each + shipping. Bargain! The Jimny Bits 3" lift comes with different length springs on the front to combat "jimny lean"
The corrected 3" lift handles just fine on the road, however, I hear it's not so good if you don't bother with any correction. I'd go as far as saying that it's more comfortable and better handling as going for a "cheapskate lift" using spring spacing blocks.
As for winching gear, I have none of that on my truck, and I'm still using the standard recovery points. My buddy (Iloveics on here) has just bought the Off Road Armoury front recovery points. They bolt onto the front chassis rails in quite a sturdy looking manner, and they seem plenty strong enough.

Off Road Armoury also sell a winch tray to fit to the chassis rails at the front to enable mounting of a winch in a standard bumper (with some trimming, of course). I have not seen or used one, but it's here:

It would be worth ringing ORA just to check that you can use the mount and the recovery points at the same time, I'm not certain, but it looks like they mount in more-or-less the same place.
As for tyres, if it's a second car, eat your heart out, but be aware that you will ruin the gear ratios if you go too big and don't fit a rock lobster transfer box. Mine is a daily drive so I have gone "one size" bigger and got BF Goodrich all terrains. I'm happy with those for the road, green laning and a rare pay&play.
Good luck!
