Hi Darthloachie
Nice work - do you mind if I ask about your S/S exhaust
is it fully S/S from the cat backward ?
did you outsource the work ? if so with a custom exhaust fabricator, or a S/S fabricator
What should I be looking to pay for a similar job ?
My std back box (2007) outer skin is totally shot and I have been considering either a custom a S/S box or the K.A.P. Performance Rear Silencer £156

Hi Halford
It was custom made at a local exhaust place called AA silencers in Stafford - the guy that built it is into motorsport - saloon cars mainly - it is from the cat back and cost £150
I will need to do the cat and downpipe at some stage but it passed its mot so that can wait a bit
also collecting bits for a rear disk conversion which is next on the agenda

After breaking two rear props in 6 months, we decided to invest in an extreme prop shaft from Bailey Morris
Its basically their extreme landrover propshaft adjusted to fit the jimny
Its got 30 degree oversize universal joints, extended heavy duty splines and heavy duty collars - hopefully won't break it now!!
