Hi everyone,
I've just joined the forum after browsing the website for ages since deciding about 2 years ago that I wanted a Jimny!
I finally got my Jimny in late December (just in time for all the snow to be gone sadly) and immediately I am in love with it!
It's still standard for now as a) it's brand new and I still have a warranty so what's the rush? and b) I'm too poor from buying it  Still, as it is the car is fine for green laning in everything but real slop and hopefully now the weather is dry it should have enough grip for a pay and play! I just love the fact that it's so small and get down even the tightest off road tracks and just so fun to drive!

Hi and Welcome to the Forum.....
Now the fun begins, who holds the purse strings?
You may need a second, 'secret' wallet.

I guess really it's my boss who holds the purse strings
Really tempted to change the tyres pretty soon but it's one of those situations where I can't decide to do that or to wait until I have the money to do something to the suspension at the same time and go a bit bigger.
I'm not looking to go completly mental though because I want it to be driveable... I'm maybe thinking of getting a set of BFG all terrains for now and see how it goes although I want to buy myself a module on Open University first.

I'm going to try some of those Maxxis Bravos in the standard size as for now I can't afford to do anything to the suspension and they're under £400 from Camskill!

I have a full set of 215 /80/15 INSA TURBOS tyres on standard
rims X 4 and a unused 5 th
in very good condition
They worked well on my jimny with a 1" lift (spring spacers)
can sell the spacer as well if you like.
I am going to make a post to sell them
if your interested just PM me.
